The course responds to the progress in the field of data acquisition and recording in routine examination of patients and from animal and clinical experiments. The aim is to develop the ability to identify and evaluate processes captured in data, including their dynamics, and to capture these processes in realistic mathematical models of physiological and pathophysiological processes. Problems of data preprocessing and synchronization, computational efficiency, identification of trends and patterns, dynamic and stochastic models, visualization of measured data and model output will be discussed. The multidimensional nature of the data will be respected.
